Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor) contains polysaccharide-K (PSK) and polysaccharopeptide (PSP) that stimulate dendritic cell maturation, enhance cytotoxic T-cell and NK cell responses, and promote macrophage activation through TLR2 signaling. It is approved as an adjunctive cancer therapy in Japan.
