Drug & Supplement Interactions
- Levodopa (reduces effectiveness; does not apply to carbidopa/levodopa combination)
- Phenytoin and phenobarbital (mutual metabolism effects)
- Isoniazid (depletes B6; supplementation recommended during TB treatment)
